This is asole contributor role, meaning you will be theprimary and only GTM systems resource, responsible forSalesforce administration, system integrations, process automation, and overall tech stack optimization .The ideal candidate is aself‑sufficient problem solverwith experience inSalesforce customization, GTM tool integrations, and workflow automation. You will need to be comfortable workingindependentlywhile collaborating acrossSales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operationsto support business needs and drive efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesSalesforce Administration & OptimizationServe as thesole Salesforce administrator, managinguser access, profiles, roles, security settings, and permissions .Configure and optimizeSalesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, and automationto support GTM teams.Troubleshoot and resolveSalesforce performanceissues, data inconsistencies, and system errorswithout reliance on external resources.Develop and maintaindashboards, reports, and forecasting modelsfor Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.Continuously assessCRM efficiency and propose enhancementsto improve sales productivity and data accuracy.GTM Tech Stack Administration & IntegrationsIndependently manageand maintainintegrations between Salesforce and GTM toolssuch asOutreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, DealHub,
and HubSpot .OwnAPI connections, data syncs, and automation workflows (Workato), ensuring seamless data flow across platforms.Evaluate, implement, and manage new tools and technologiesto enhance sales, marketing, and customer success operations.Serve as theprimary troubleshooter and point of contactfor system issues, with minimal reliance on external consultants.Process Automation & Operational EfficiencyIdentifymanual, time‑consuming processeswithin the sales cycle and implementautomated workflowsin Salesforce and GTM tools.Support and enhanceLead‑to‑Cash, Quote‑to‑Cash (QTC), and territory management processeswithin Salesforce.Maintaindata integrity and accuracy, implementingdata validation, deduplication, and enrichment strategies .Cross‑Functional Collaboration & SupportWork closely withSales, Marketing, Customer Success, RevOps, and Finance, acting as thesole systems resourcefor all GTM technology needs.Providetraining, documentation, and enablement supportfor sales reps, SDRs, and CSMs using Salesforce and other tools.Collaborate withRevOps and Finance teamsto ensurecontract management, data privacy, and revenue policiesalign with system configurations.Act as theliaison between GTM teams and external vendorswhen additional support or tool enhancements are needed.AI & Intelligent Automation (Salesforce + GTM Stack)Design and implement AI‑driven workflows within Salesforce, leveraging tools such as Salesforce Einstein and Agentforce to improve productivity and decision‑making across GTM teams.Identify high‑impact use cases for AI agents (e.G., lead qualification, next‑best‑action recommendations, pipeline inspection, and automated follow‑ups) and deploy scalable solutions.Qualifications5+ years of Salesforce administration experience,
preferably in aB2B SaaS or enterprise sales setting .Salesforce Administrator CertificationProven ability to work independently as the sole systems admin, supporting a growing GTM organization without dedicated technical team members.Experience integrating and managingGTM tools such as Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, RingLead, DealHub, and HubSpot .Strong understanding ofSalesforce data structures, sales processes, chance management, and forecasting .Experience with AI‑enabled CRM capabilities, including Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, or similar AI/automation tools within a GTM environment.Familiarity with prompt design, AI workflow orchestration, or low‑code AI tools is a strong plus.Hands‑on experience withSalesforce Flow, Validation Rules, and Process Builderfor workflow automation.Strong analytical mindset with proficiency inreporting, dashboards, and data manipulation(Excel, Google Sheets, SQL a plus).Comfortable working in afast‑paced, high‑growth environmentwhere systems must be continuously optimized.Language Skills:English fluency required / French fluency is a plus.Success MetricsSystems people trust and actually use.Salesforce and the GTM stack are clean, intuitive, and secure — with strong user management and permissions.Less than 24 h turnaround for user access / permission requests.A faster, lower‑friction revenue engine.Manual work is reduced and core GTM processes run smoothly end‑to‑end.SLA adherence on key processes (e.G., deal desk turnaround, lead routing) ≥95 %.AI that meaningfully improves execution.AI is embedded in workflows and actually used to drive better decisions.At least 50 % of reps/managers engaging with AI‑driven insights weekly.Working at Trackforce This role is 100% remote, offering flexibility so you can harmonize your personal life with meaningful, global work.
