Job Overview

Palladium Energy Group is hiring an Outside Sales Representative – HVAC to grow our preventive maintenance business across the Greater Toronto Area.

This results-driven outside sales role focuses on prospecting new clients, preparing proposals, following up on opportunities, and closing annual HVAC maintenance contracts.

The successful candidate will develop recent business with commercial and multi-residential properties, build relationships with decision makers, and convert opportunities into signed service agreements.

Key Responsibilities

- Prospect commercial, retail, office, condo, apartment, and light industrial buildings for HVAC maintenance opportunities
- Meet property managers, building managers, superintendents, facility managers, and owners
- Present Palladium Energy Group’s preventive maintenance services
- Identify qualified opportunities by gathering building, equipment, and contact information
- Prepare proposals using approved company templates and pricing guidelines
- Follow up consistently by phone, email, and in person
- Negotiate within approved company guidelines
- Close standard annual HVAC maintenance contracts




- Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, proposals, follow-ups, and closed business

Requirements

- Experience in outside sales, B2B sales, service sales, or contract sales
- Strong communication, follow-up, and closing skills
- Comfortable with cold outreach and in-person prospecting
- Organized, self‑motivated, and target‑driven
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Basic knowledge of HVAC or building services is an asset
- Experience with property managers, commercial buildings, maintenance contracts, facilities, or similar service‑based industries is strongly preferred

Compensation

- Base salary: $45,000 to $55,000
- 5% commission on closed annual maintenance contracts
- Monthly performance bonus
- Mileage reimbursement
- Cell phone allowance

Performance Expectations

- 30 to 40 building visits per week
- 10 to 15 decision‑maker conversations per week
- 4 to 8 qualified leads per week
- 2 to 4 proposals per week
- 95% follow‑up completion
- Minimum 2 closed contracts per month after ramp‑up
