Become the driving force behind accurate floor plans as a Floor Planning Analyst. Ensure planogram assignments are correct and help maintain inventory flow in a dynamic retail setting.
This analyst position reports to the Senior Manager of Floor Planning, closely collaborating with Space Planning. You'll manage assignments, keep floor plans current, and assist with issue resolutions to meet customer needs. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage weekly planogram assignments for store floor plans
• Maintain and update floor plan versions accurately
• Resolve issues affecting store floor plans with customer focus
• Identify potential issues and implement preventative solutions
• Provide reporting based on business needs
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Business or merchandising
• Two or more years in visual merchandising or planogram design
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Excel; experience with JDA preferred
• Excellent communication skills across all organization levels
