Identify the modifications to the automated processes.Establish acceptance criteria with client.Support and use the various methodologies such as the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).Work closely with the program manager on a high priority program with various connected tracks running in parallel in an agile environment.Assist with managing the program/projects during the initiation, planning, development, implementation and operations startup.Work closely with project sponsor, cross‑functional teams,



and assigned track leads to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for current initiatives.Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program and project risks.Report progress of the program and projects to program/project governance on an ongoing basis and at scheduled points in the lifecycle.Prepare plans, charts, tables and diagrams to assist in analyzing or displaying problems.Work with a variety of program and/or project management tools.QualificationsMust have a College Diploma or University Degree in an IT discipline.Must have a Certification in Business Analysis issued by IIBA or similar.Must have 10+ years experience within the last 12 years in a Business Analysis role.Must have 10+ years of experience in the following domains:Business Analysis practices and IT trendsProject and Program Management practicesBusiness Analysis PlanningStrategic Business Analysis / Data Analysis / Solution DesignStakeholder Engagement and Strategic Relationship ManagementBusiness and Technical FeasibilityBusiness Development and Performance MeasurementMust have 2+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform.Experience with the Federal Government, Crown Corp or other Public Sector is strongly preferred.Bilingual in English and French considered an asset.NTT DATA is an equal opportunity employer.
