As a Site Leader, you will facilitate a variety of outdoor recreational activities while ensuring safety and inclusivity. Collaborate with program coordinators to create enriching experiences and provide guidance to staff and volunteers. Responsiveness and attention to detail will be key as you oversee daily operations across multiple park venues.
Key Responsibilities: • Oversee comprehensive delivery of outdoor programs • Foster an inclusive workplace for all children • Collaborate on program planning and logistics • Supervise and coach staff and volunteers effectively • Conduct daily safety audits of park areas
Requirements: • At least 16 years old by May 1, 2026 • Required First Aid and CPR certifications • HIGH FIVE® certification by start date • Experience in a recreational setting preferred • Reliable transportation for travel between locations
