Elevate project documentation processes as a Document Control Coordinator. Manage engineering documentation, ensure compliance, and maintain high-quality standards while collaborating on major projects.
This position is under the supervision of the Director of Project Planning and Services. The Document Control Coordinator will focus on integrated document management (IDM) of engineering documentation and may participate in similar projects. Responsibilities include monitoring contractor activities, processing documents, and maintaining classification and traceability of project data.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor engineering contractor's document control progress
• Align document control procedures with project requirements
• Process documents from clients and subcontractors
• Ensure accurate reporting in document management systems
• Identify and rectify discrepancies in documentation
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Document Management or related field
• 3-5 years of construction document management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EDMS systems
• Knowledge of BIM 360 software is an asset
• Bilingualism is an asset, proficiency in English required
