This role involves working closely with department managers to address strategic hiring needs. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full cycle recruitment processes

Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in Human Resources or related field
• 3 years of full cycle recruitment experience
• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques
• Proficiency in HRIS and ATS applications
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
