Take charge of HR operations as a Coordinator for the Human Resources Information System. Oversee daily management tasks, maintain data accuracy, and provide essential user support.

In this dynamic role, you will play a key part in the administration of Dayforce, engaging closely with HR and IT teams to ensure proficient system operations. Your role involves meticulous data management and generating HR metrics reports, which are crucial for informed decision-making within the organization. Excellent communication skills will allow you to convey system changes effectively and support users seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:



• Update and enter HR data in Dayforce daily • Monitor and verify data quality for accuracy • Assist users with Dayforce system inquiries • Help configure modules as per HR requirements • Collect data for generating operational reports

Requirements: • Degree in administration, HR, or related field • Minimum 2 years in HR support roles preferred • Experience with HRIS, ideally Dayforce or similar • Bilingual in French and English • Strong organizational and service-oriented mindset
