In this role, you'll oversee critical go-live operations and serve as the operational and clinical guide for assigned sites. You will partner closely with clinical managers, ensuring that every project is tailored to the unique needs of each organization. By providing essential leadership and oversight, you'll help clinicians adopt workflows effectively and resolve issues swiftly throughout the deployment process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead go-live operations as the primary Site Lead • Ensure patient safety and continuity of care • Oversee Field Managers and coaching staff • Manage escalations and issue resolution • Actively engage with stakeholders and staff
Requirements: • Experience in healthcare operations and clinical leadership • Strong knowledge of clinical workflows • Proven leadership in high-pressure environments • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills • EHR implementation experience is preferred
