This role requires an experienced professional with at least 5 years of commercial insurance expertise. You will manage renewals, maintain a high retention rate, and work closely with Producers to address client needs. Your responsibilities will include coordinating comprehensive plans, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and preparing proposals for both prospects and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and retain a renewal book of business
• Collaborate with Producers on client service and marketing
• Ensure a retention rate of 95% or higher
• Prepare proposals for stewardship and prospect reviews
• Develop current business from existing accounts
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in commercial insurance
• R.I.B.O. license is mandatory
• C.I.P. or C.A.I.B. designation preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and EPIC
