What You’ll Do
Work in a fast-paced and challenging environment with our Planning and Engineering teams on a variety of land development and linear infrastructure projects
Be responsible for the successful delivery of civil engineering projects including: Lot Grading Plans, Industrial, Commercial and Institutional (ICI) Developments, Site Plan Control Applications, and Residential Subdivisions
Prepare and review technical deliverables including stormwater management designs and reports and functional servicing studies
Collaborate with the engineering team to prepare and review detailed engineering drawings
Apply technical modelling software such as Visual OTTHYMO, PCSWMM, and HEC‑RAS
Provide on-site technical review and general review certification when required
Prepare and review project cost estimates and bid documentation and perform bid evaluation
Coordinate project needs with the Project Manager, Discipline Manager, clients, regulatory entities, vendors, and subcontractors

Who You Are
You have at least 2-4 years of experience working as a P.Eng. in Ontario in a Civil Engineering role
Valid P.Eng. licence through PEO
You have robust knowledge in stormwater management, site servicing, and water resources engineering
You have experience completing Municipal Class EA Planning process
You have a thorough understanding of relevant legislation, guidelines, and standards
You can exercise independent judgment within defined parameters and in alignment with business objectives
You have strong computer skills with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and technical modelling software
You are willing to travel periodically as needed
What You Should Bring The ideal candidate will have a university degree in Civil Engineering or Water Resources Engineering. Additionally, you should have:
High motivation with results‑oriented focus
Superior organizational and multi‑tasking skills
Strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
Unwavering commitment to health & safety in the workplace
Valid Class G driver’s licence
