Key Responsibilities:



• Schedule interviews across different teams and time zones • Communicate with candidates during the hiring process • Review applications for suitability and assist in screenings • Source talent through LinkedIn and other platforms • Help maintain applicant tracking systems for efficiency

Requirements: • 1-3 years of recruitment coordination experience • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Proactive mindset with urgency • Experience in rapid-paced hiring environments
