We are hiring a high-agency operator to help lead The Vitamin Shop, Canada’s most trusted source for premium natural health products since 1984.

This is not a conventional store manager role. We are looking for someone smart, commercially minded, strong with people and numbers, and capable of taking real initiative across operations, team leadership, retail execution, and e-commerce coordination.

The right person may already be in a senior operating role, or may be a rising high-potential leader ready to step into a bigger seat. We care far more about judgment, ambition, and ability than pedigree or conventional credentials.
