As part of our continued growth, we’re looking for an experiencedPlumbing Managerto lead our plumbing division inBritish Columbia .About The RoleThePlumbing Manageris a hands‑on, operations‑focused leadership role responsible for managing plumbing activities, supporting technicians and apprentices, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards. This position supervises the plumbing team and provides operational support to the BC office, which includes administrative staff, junior managers, and field technicians. This role is ideal for a Red Seal Journeyman Plumber with strong leadership experience, who excels at coordinating day‑to‑day operations, mentoring staff, and maintaining excellent client relationships.ResponsibilitiesOversee daily plumbing operations for residential and commercial projectsLead and mentor plumbers and apprenticesCoordinate schedules, dispatching, and material requirementsEnsure compliance with plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company standardsSupport estimating, quoting,
