Job Description

AECOM is hiring a Roadway Contract Administrator for our team. The position is based in either our offices in Markham, Mississauga, Toronto, Sault Ste. Marie, Barrie, North Bay, and Sudbury, ON. This is a newly created, full‑time role expected to begin as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

- Assist the Project Management team in reviewing and implementing RFIs and change orders.
- Review project costs and scheduling to ensure completion within budget and conformance with specifications.
- Work with document control systems, project management systems, and other software or databases to keep information flow up‑to‑date and accurate.
- Attend meetings and report on project tasks as needed.
- Monitor design changes, contractor and sub‑contractor activities and progress.

Qualifications

- Minimum Requirements:



University Degree in Civil Engineering + 4 years experience on MTO projects OR College Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology + 6 years experience on MTO projects; OACETT Registration RCCA required OR PEng in Ontario; must have completed Ministry of Transportation T131 Advanced Claims Dispute Resolution training.
- Preferred Qualifications: Ideally 5+ years of relevant experience; familiar with CMS; proven ability and experience in successfully administering highway/structure construction contracts.

Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The range for this position is CAD 100,000 to CAD 150,000 per year.
