About the Role IH2O is a well-established environmental solutions company specializing in residential water treatment systems. We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as
Customer Sales Solutions Specialist .
In this role, you will meet with homeowners through pre-scheduled appointments, perform water quality assessments, and recommend customized solutions that improve water quality, health, and home efficiency.
What You’ll Do
Conduct in-home environmental assessments
Educate homeowners on common environmental issues
Deliver engaging, professional product presentations
Recommend customized treatment solutions
Assess installation requirements and coordinate with installation teams
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals
Manage and track leads, appointments, and sales activity
Communicate regularly with management on performance and scheduling

Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
Comfortable presenting and speaking with homeowners
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required)
