About the Role
We are seeking a data-driven engagement strategist to join our Social Impact team. This role focuses on social impact through sophisticated marketing and behavioral science, enabling team member participation via our platform, ATB Uplift (Benevity’s Spark).
Responsibilities
- Design and iterate engagement strategies to move team members along a social impact participation continuum, applying behavioral insights to optimize program elements.
- Lead development of segmented marketing and channel optimization, creating creative, targeted campaigns that advance participation.
- Build, recruit, and lead a high-functioning Ambassador Network, maintaining strategic oversight of the portfolio.
- Perform deep-dive market segmentation and program data analysis, translating metrics into executive narratives and recommending strategic pivots.
- Manage rewards and recognition strategies related to community giving and volunteering, ensuring alignment with ATB’s culture and social impact goals.
- Design and apply the reward & recognition framework, including peer-to-peer recognition and gamification, to catalyze action and foster a culture of participation.
- Lead enterprise-wide campaigns aligned with Sustainability & Impact Commitments and provide end-to-end management of the ATB Uplift platform.
- Oversee program accounting, maintain guidelines, innovate intake processes, and support reporting and storytelling strategies.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- 5–7 years of proven experience in marketing strategy, behavioral science,
program management, or a related field, with a track record of driving large-scale audience engagement.
- Marketing acumen, including expertise in audience segmentation and targeted communication strategies within a complex corporate environment.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and present data-backed recommendations to executive stakeholders.
- Experience building or supervising distributed networks (e.g., volunteer ambassadors) to scale impact.
- Hands-on experience with engagement technology such as Benevity’s Spark; comfortable exploring AI and emerging tech to improve the member experience.
- Strong analytical ability to extract insights from data, identify trends, and articulate necessary pivots to reach participation goals.
- Exceptional qualified writing and presentation skills, translating technical program data into compelling, high-impact narratives.
- Degree in Marketing, Behavioral Science, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Workplace Arrangement
You’ll work both remote and onsite, with onsite time based on job accountabilities and performance objectives.
