Key Responsibilities:
• Answer complex customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Collaborate with various departments to resolve issues
• Process customer payments accurately and efficiently
• Document customer interactions in the CRM system
• Educate customers on self-service functionalities
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of customer service experience required
• Knowledge of insurance products is an asset
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in navigating multiple software systems
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred
