Overview

We’re seeking a motivated Store Manager to lead our store team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive business results.

Job Summary

Reporting to the District Manager, your main focus is to promote a positive shopping experience, build loyal customer relationships, and maximize the store’s profitability by achieving and surpassing sales and productivity targets. You will recruit, train, and coach a high‑performing team to ensure operational efficiency and excellent standards.

Qualifications

- High school diploma; post‑secondary education in business or a related discipline is an asset.
- 3–5 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment or equivalent management experience.
- Passion for fashion and strong customer orientation.
- Demonstrated problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
- Ability to promote an environment that encourages participation, creativity, and learning by sharing best practices.
- Flexibility, innovation, and a sense of urgency to respond to changing business conditions with impactful ideas and solutions.
- Excellent organizational, time‑management, prioritization, and multitasking skills.




- Ability to build partnerships and prioritize collaboration.
- Social media skills, mobile device skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) or Open‑Office.
- Available to work a versatile schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as business needs require.
