Ecommerce

Onboarding Coordinator

to join their fast-growing team. As an Ecommerce Onboarding Coordinator, you will proactively monitor and maintain account health, escalate support tickets, and providing internal support on projects and new initiatives. Location:

Toronto, Remote Job Type:

6-month contract (potential for extension) Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EDT Responsibilities

Assist with daily tasks and special projects Identify and troubleshoot any inconsistencies or issues to the team Perform storefront audits and QA Assist with launching and onboarding retailers on the platform Review audit reports and resolve errors to ensure the integrity of data Ensure accurate data,



as well as a storefront aesthetic to reflect the highest standards Verify and classify products and directly affect customer experience Requirements

A high level of organization and attention to detail Solid problem-solving and communication skills The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with shifting priorities and constant deadlines Sound judgment and discretion with sensitive data Excellent communication skills to connect with stakeholders and retailers Proficient in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) SQL experience How to apply
