Responsibilities
- Equipment sales with current/existing customers
- Build loyal/long-term customer relationships
- Provide top tier customer support & follow-up
- Identify unmet customer needs & provide solutions
- Develop innovative strategies to increase sales
- Stay current on knowledge of all sales related areas
- Create brand awareness in your area
- Conduct equipment/product demos
Qualifications
- Exceptional customer service & communication skills
- Extensive knowledge of ag equipment
- Education in Ag Business/Marketing/related field
- Strong time management, organizational, computer skills
- 3+ years of previous sales experience
- Knowledge of John Deere & competitive products
- Significant independent travel, valid driver’s licence
- Ability to work flexible hours, varying shifts, weekends, holidays if necessary
