We are seeking an experienced Manager to lead a Pension Administration team, delivering exceptional service to our diverse client portfolio. This strategic leader will drive operational excellence, ensure sustainable business growth, and maintain high client satisfaction and employee engagement.

What You'll Do

- Represent our Pension Plan Administration team to current clients and during current submissions
- Contribute to the growth and evolution of our department, staying ahead of industry practices
- Act as a senior service manager for client accounts, providing top-tier service and support
- Supervise and inspire team resources to achieve exceptional results
- Support the team in executing a variety of mandates and projects, ensuring successful outcomes
- Develop and manage budgets for your mandates, ensuring compliance and efficiency
- Elevate client satisfaction by understanding their needs and offering innovative solutions




- Identify and propose enhancements to our processes for better performance
- Foster new business relationships, secure agreements with existing clients, and explore new markets with potential clients

What You Bring

- Over 12 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Finance, Administration, Actuarial Science, or another relevant field
- Exceptional organizational, control, and planning skills
- Sharpened analytical skills to tackle and resolve challenges
- Stellar communication skills with the ability to build and sustain strong interpersonal relationships
- Strong team management skills with motivational leadership
- Excellent customer service skills ensuring client satisfaction
- Command of both French and English, spoken and written
