In this on-site full-time role, you'll join the Personal and Business Banking Team, providing exceptional service by answering queries, assisting with transactions, and connecting clients to appropriate teams. Flexibility in hours is essential, including evenings and weekends, while adapting to multiple banking centers as needed to ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with account management and product inquiries
• Connect clients to relevant banking team members
• Resolve client issues and ensure satisfaction

• Promote mobile banking applications effectively
Requirements:
