Elevate financial management as a Director of Financial Operations. Lead accounting processes, oversee audits, and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting while collaborating with senior management.
This leadership role focuses on supporting senior management through detailed financial insights. You will assist in preparing consolidated financial statements and improve accounting efficiencies across the organization. Additionally, you will supervise daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with US GAAP standards, all while mentoring staff and supporting audit requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare timely consolidated financial statements and reports
• Enhance efficiency of accounting and consolidation processes
• Communicate key financial results effectively




• Supervise daily operations of A/R, A/P, and cash management
• Manage preparation of audit schedules and requirements
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5-7 years in public and private accounting, preferably in retail or restaurant sectors
• Active CPA required
• Proficient in GAAP and month-end closing procedures
• Strong communication and leadership skills required
