Key Responsibilities:

Requirements: • Minimum 5–7 years in a similar leadership role • Experience in training and service excellence • Strong knowledge of luxury standards like Forbes and AAA • Exceptional presentation and facilitation abilities • Highly organized with a focus on continuous improvement
