As the Director of Technology Risk and Control Self-Assessment, you will guide the end-to-end execution and enhancement of RCSA programs. This role requires extensive experience in technology risk management and a strategic mindset to identify emerging risks. You will ensure alignment with operational risk frameworks and serve as the primary contact for internal audits and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute comprehensive Technology RCSA lifecycle management • Challenge and evaluate inherent and residual technology risks • Identify and assess emerging technology and cyber risks • Maintain an aligned RCSA program with industry standards • Translate RCSA results into executive-level narratives
Requirements: • Over 15 years in Cyber and IT experience • Robust leadership and strategic influencing skills • Relevant university degree or equivalent experience • Expert knowledge of complex technology solutions • Ability to resolve competing priorities diplomatically
