Key Responsibilities:

Requirements: • 8-10 years of experience in Agile coaching • Proven track record with Scrum and Kanban methodologies • Experience with coaching teams implementing Agile practices • Robust mentorship and communication abilities • Background in Agile metrics and continuous improvement
