Key Responsibilities:
• Initiate and manage onboarding and orientation processes
• Partner with managers for timely performance feedback
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and legislation




• Administer immigration documentation for staff
• Provide support in hiring workflows and candidate interviews
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in HR Generalist role
• Advanced skills in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms is a plus
• Strong communication and typing skills
• Progress towards CHRP or CHRL designation preferred
