This role focuses on managing key processes for the Onshore Production team. You will assist in generating certificates and collecting performance data, facilitating communication between teams and clients. Additionally, you’ll follow established procedures and support quality control standards to ensure compliance with company guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee issuance of certificates and related documents
• Assist with improving processes within client services
• Collect and report on key performance metrics
• Prepare essential documents and reports
• Support operational tasks under supervision
Requirements:
• Previous insurance experience is preferred
• Must obtain Insurance Broker’s license within 3–6 months
• Advanced knowledge of the functional area required
• Excel proficiency and document merging skills
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
