Own the architecture and integration strategy across HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay, enrichment platforms, product data, and Snowflake Serve as the primary stakeholder and systems owner for Clay and account intelligence tooling

Design scalable, resilient data flows across MAP, CRM, enrichment, warehouse, and activation systems

Lead AI and automation initiatives within Marketing, identifying high‑impact use cases for workflow automation, enrichment, routing, personalization, and AI‑assisted processes

Develop standards for prompt engineering, AI governance, and AI workflow deployment across GTM systems

Partner cross‑functionally to operationalize AI‑driven experimentation at scale

Cross‑Functional Partnership

Act as a strategic technical partner to Marketing, Sales, RevOps, Product, and Data teams

Translate business requirements into scalable system designs

Lead complex cross‑functional initiatives from discovery through implementation and iteration

Data & Warehouse Collaboration

Partner with Data Engineering to define data models, lifecycle schemas, and source‑of‑truth logic in Snowflake

Ensure GTM data is reliable, properly modeled, and activation‑ready

What You’ll Bring to the Table Experience

6+ years in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, GTM Engineering, or similar technical GTM role

2+ years managing or mentoring direct reports

Experience in B2B SaaS or high‑growth technology environments

Technical Depth

Deep hands‑on experience with Salesforce and HubSpot or related tools (custom objects, lifecycle design, automation, integrations)

Strong experience with Clay or similar enrichment/account intelligence platforms

Working knowledge of Snowflake or similar data warehouse environments

Strong data fluency (ability to query, validate, and troubleshoot data independently)

Experience working with APIs, webhooks, reverse ETL tools, or integration platforms (e.g., Workato, Zapier, Hightouch, Census)

AI & Automation Capability

Experience building AI‑assisted workflows (LLM‑based processes, enrichment pipelines, personalization systems)

Familiarity with prompt engineering, orchestration logic, and AI governance considerations

Ability to identify automation opportunities that create measurable business impact

Leadership & Operating Style

Comfortable balancing strategic leadership with hands‑on execution

Strong documentation and systems‑thinking mindset

Clear communicator capable of translating technical concepts for business stakeholders
