This role requires a proactive Civil Project Manager with over 5 years of experience in the Lower Mainland. You'll be responsible for project setup, tender management, cost control, schedule management, and technical coordination. Your expertise in managing subcontractors, navigating RFIs, and ensuring safety regulations will be critical to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Initiate projects by defining scope and deliverables
• Manage tendering and subcontractor selection processes
• Prepare cost forecasts and control project finances
• Develop and maintain schedules and coordination
• Oversee site safety and operational efficiency
Requirements:
• 5+ years in civil project management
• Solid knowledge of MMCD and municipal infrastructure
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering preferred
• Valid driver's license and travel flexibility
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
