Become an integral Billing Support Specialist dedicated to enhancing customer experiences and driving billing resolutions. Engage with clients directly to ensure they feel valued and understood in every interaction.
Reporting directly to the Manager of Billing Support, you will solve inquiries and represent customer interests. Your role is centered around having meaningful interactions and influencing outcomes, which encourages loyalty and satisfaction with their subscription. You’ll work closely with various teams to foster improvements in the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage billing and subscription inquiries through various channels
• Lead discussions to mitigate cancellation risks
• Identify root causes of issues for effective resolution




• Engage with escalated customers proactively
• Share trends and insights to mitigate churn
Requirements:
• Proven track record in customer-facing environments
• The ability to handle challenging conversations effectively
• Excellent communication skills with keen attention to detail
