You will handle recruitment, performance management, and employee development while keeping the business aligned with its HR objectives. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise HR activities across designated operational areas • Manage recruiting and employee lifecycle processes • Advise on HR policies, engagement,
and retention • Address workplace issues proactively to prevent escalation • Conduct detailed investigations and documentation of employee concerns
Requirements: • 5+ years of HR experience with a leadership focus • Background in hospitality, food services, or retail preferred • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field is mandatory • Certification in HR (SHRM-SCP or HRCI-SPHR) is desirable • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities
