Reporting into the HSE Director, this position emphasizes leadership in operational safety practices. You will be responsible for developing IH policies, conducting exposure assessments, and ensuring compliance with regulations. A strategic approach to managing health-related topics across the organization is key to advancing the overall safety culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement industrial hygiene policies and standards
• Oversee exposure assessment strategies for workplace safety
• Ensure compliance with Provincial/State safety regulations
• Provide technical support to operational sites
• Monitor health standards per OSHA and related regulations
Requirements:
• BS or BA in Industrial Hygiene required
• 5+ years of relevant industrial hygiene experience
• Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) credential required
• Strong knowledge of TSCA and engineering controls
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
