Your role will focus on enhancing governance practices for an organization dedicated to supporting individuals impacted by addiction. As a Board member, you will engage with a group of committed professionals in making significant decisions that directly affect the community. Expect to contribute approximately 5–7 hours each month through virtual meetings and committee work, including structured education opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:



• Provide strategic governance for organization’s mission • Attend quarterly meetings and share insights with committees • Shape and support fundraising and philanthropic strategies • Advocate for key policies impacting addiction treatment • Apply knowledge in IT and cybersecurity for program protection

Requirements: • Experience in fundraising, advocacy, or IT governance • Lived experience related to addiction recovery is essential • Awareness of diverse and marginalized communities desired • Commitment to inclusion and equity in practices • Background in law, finance, or public policy is beneficial
