You will act as a key contact for associates regarding policies, benefits, and recognition initiatives. Additionally, you'll help coordinate recruitment, manage attendance reports, and provide vital training support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as Cultural Champion for people events
• Coordinate recruitment planning for key seasons
• Manage associate orientation and training activities
• Monitor attendance and address reported absences
• Assist with completing time clock edits and GTA processes
Requirements:
• Minimum age of 16 or older
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in all practices
• Experience in training and managing associates
• Support management in all people initiatives
