We are looking for a Workday Project Manager to support a Workday module deployment. This role requires someone with strong Workday implementation project management experience who can lead delivery, provide structure, and guide stakeholders through a successful deployment.

This is not a generic PM role. The successful person will need to understand Workday delivery methodology, governance, planning, and best practice.

Key responsibilities

- Lead project delivery across a Workday implementation
- Manage project plan, timeline, milestones, and overall progress
- Provide Workday-specific methodology and delivery guidance
- Manage risks, issues, and stakeholder communication
- Support status reporting and programme updates




- Work closely with functional consultants and internal project stakeholders
- Help ensure the deployment stays on track across scope, schedule, and quality

Required experience

- Strong experience managing Workday implementation projects
- Experience supporting Workday Talent deployments
- Strong understanding of Workday project delivery methodology
- Ability to manage governance, planning, reporting, and risks
- Able to provide practical delivery guidance, not just administrative project support
- Comfortable working in a part time contract role

Desired experience

- Experience with Workday Performance Management deployments
- Workday certification preferred
- Canada-based preferred
- Experience working in fast-paced deployment environments
