Lead comprehensive quality strategies as an End-to-End Quality Engineering Manager. Drive automation-first validation across agile pods while ensuring release readiness for complex systems.

This senior role focuses on E2E quality delivery across multiple platforms and teams. You’ll implement test governance, manage E2E scope, and liaise with Engineering and Product teams. Additionally, you'll coordinate defect triage, oversee metrics reporting, and drive remediation processes through robust automation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:



• Own E2E quality strategy and delivery • Lead automation validation across APIs and UI • Ensure timely go/no-go decisions through metrics • Collaborate on risk-based E2E test plans • Improve QE processes and optimize CI/CD integration

Requirements: • 10+ years of SDET or Quality Engineering experience • Proficient in Selenium/Playwright, Rest Assured, BDD • Experience leading teams of 5+ QE engineers • Strong skills in stakeholder management and communication • Hands-on background in test architecture and up-to-date practices
