Job Summary:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Secretary (French/English) to provide administrative and clerical support during a maternity leave period. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both French and English, possess strong communication skills, and be capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.Key Responsibilities:Provide administrative support to management and team membersAnswer and direct phone calls and emails in both French and EnglishPrepare, edit, and format correspondence, reports, and documentsSchedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangementsMaintain filing systems (electronic and paper)Greet visitors and provide professional front-desk supportTranslate documents and communications as requiredAssist with data entry,
