Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver 12 hours of on-field coaching weekly
• Conduct individual and team skill sessions
• Mentor coaches with actionable feedback
• Facilitate monthly coach education workshops
• Promote age-appropriate development practices
Requirements:
• Canada Soccer Grassroots Diploma
• Actively pursuing Concacaf B Licence
• Experience coaching youth U8 to U18 players
• Strong grounding in player development principles
• Valid driver’s license and completion of checks
