Drive the electrical construction efforts as a dedicated Project Coordinator. Support major multi-million dollar projects while enhancing your skills in project management and engineering.
This 5-month contract role is located on-site at the Current St. Paul Hospital Project in Vancouver, BC. You will assist Project Managers and Site Supervisors in maintaining project schedules, managing documentation, and ensuring targets are met. Contribute to project forecasting, cost control, and efficiency by coordinating all material and equipment deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support development and maintenance of project schedules
• Manage document control logs and project procedures
• Provide updates on work in progress and forecasts




• Coordinate equipment and material deliveries effectively
• Attend site meetings and document outcomes
Requirements:
• Electrical Engineering post-secondary education preferred
• Minimum 1-year related experience required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and MS Project
• Experience with Primavera scheduling software is a plus
• Understanding of mechanical construction drawings mandatory
