Position We are looking for an experienced backend engineer who loves technology, can take ownership of projects, design and implement solutions to complex problems, feels proud of their craft and is excited to be part of a team re-shaping the definition of corporate banking applications. You should be open to lead a team of engineers who are working on building FISPAN’s bank integrations and plugins.

Key Skills

7+ years experience as a software developer.

4+ years working with Java, well-versed with Java 17 and above.

4+ years experience with databases - relational (Postgres) and non-relational (MongoDB).

Should have testing experience using Unit/Integration/Performance tests.

Should have experience integrating external APIs in an efficient manner.

Should have solid knowledge of distributed systems, and microservices architecture.





Should have knowledge of modern cloud technologies such as AWS.

Should have some knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker, and Kubernetes.

Nice to have experience working with observability tools like Honeycomb, Datadog, etc.

Previous experience with fintechs, banks or accounting / ERP systems is a great asset.

Nice to have startup experience.

Nice to have experience working on bank integrations via SFTP or APIs.
