- Participate in daily cargo handling and support in office operations.
- Assist in operational data collection, analysis and report preparation.
- Verify outbound goods and documentation to ensure compliance and data accuracy.
- Conduct equipment inspections and supply management to maintain smooth daily operations.
- Liaise with freight forwarders and suppliers to coordinate local, cross-border and international transportation.
- Coordinate with last-mile delivery, ground and air carriers to ensure timely and uninterrupted inbound and outbound flow.
- Serve as a communication bridge between management and frontline staff to drive execution and improve team performance.
- Implement logistics operational KPIs (efficiency, quality,
customer service) and continuously optimize workflows.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above; Logistics / Supply Chain Management preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse management or logistics operations.
- Familiar with warehouse / parcel operating systems, small package handling and return processes.
- Strong team management skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (MANDATORY).
- Eligible to work in Canada.
