In this critical managerial role, you will oversee strategic healthcare accounts and ensure first-class service delivery. Your responsibilities will include implementing security solutions, managing compliance with contracts and legislation, and pursuing new business opportunities. You will also lead negotiations, conduct market research, and maintain operational effectiveness within the healthcare security industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage strategic Healthcare accounts for service excellence
• Implement security solutions and risk-reducing strategies
• Ensure compliance with contracts and legislation




• Conduct market research and analyze competitive threats
• Lead client negotiations to achieve revenue targets
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in healthcare security management
• CHPA designation or in progress with IAHSS
• Robust understanding of regulatory requirements
• Proven leadership and communication skills
• MS Office proficiency and analytical abilities
