Key Responsibilities:
• Manage placement coordination and family follow-ups • Conduct comprehensive assessments for case planning • Support families and monitor child welfare regularly • Perform risk assessments and manage intake referrals • Prepare documentation for court-related matters
Requirements: • Bachelor of Social Work and 2 years of relevant experience • Registered with Manitoba College of Social Workers • Proven experience in Child and Family Services • Strong knowledge of the Child and Family Services Act • Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
