Drive DevOps strategies as a Java Lead Engineer. Lead a energetic team to optimize CI/CD pipelines and enhance application delivery in a large enterprise environment.

This leadership role requires extensive technical expertise in software development and operations. You will manage a team, implementing best DevOps practices while influencing a culture of continuous improvement and automation. Ideal candidates bring over six years of experience, particularly in financial services or regulated industries, and demonstrate strong proficiency with CI/CD tools and cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities:



• Define and implement effective DevOps strategies • Optimize CI/CD pipelines for enhanced reliability • Foster teamwork and continuous improvement culture • Lead and mentor a technical engineering team • Drive automation across software development processes

Requirements: • 6+ years in software development or DevOps roles • 5+ years of leadership experience needed • Proficiency in Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps • Extensive knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud • Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go
