Co-op Work Term Duration: May 2026 to September 2026
Job Type: Onsite (Field based), daily travel required (local)

Responsibilities

What Will You Do in Your First Experience?

Ground Up

- Develop relationships across our Field Sales network, receive best in class coaching & engage in career connects with Leadership.
- Leverage sales forecasting tools to deliver consistent sales targets.
- Sell & service our customers in compliance with our Customer Development Agreements.
- Flex both your entrepreneurial muscles and your physical muscles while merchandising our iconic brands to execute advertising displays.

Building Critical Business Skills

- POS optimization
- Innovation Launch & Sustainment
- Customer Development Agreement optimization
- Other unique projects rooted in real-time business priorities.

Qualifications

- You are available to work full time from May 2026 to September 2026.
- You are in your third year of study, Business Degree preferred.
- Valid, full driver’s license, with a clean driving record & reliable daily access to a personal vehicle.
- High academic achievement along with demonstrated ability to pursue other interests at the same time.
- A skilled problem solver who enjoys challenges.
- Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to confidently interact with all levels within the organization, from front‑line to executive.
- A self‑starter with the ability to plan work to meet objectives, set priorities and manage work schedule.
