Key Responsibilities:



• Conduct mass timber take-offs with 2D/3D software • Analyze and detail material requirements for projects • Prepare thorough cost estimates for various elements • Develop well-structured bid proposals for clients • Work alongside subcontractors for competitive pricing

Requirements: • Education in Construction, Engineering, or related disciplines • Familiarity with mass timber materials and methods • Proficiency in estimating software and MS Excel • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills • Demonstrated experience as an estimator in construction
