Proposal Specialist – Pomerleau Construction

What You Will Do

- Strategically analyze RFQ/RFP calls and create structured responses tailored to client needs.
- Prepare and manage proposal schedules, responsibility matrices, and compliance lists.
- Lead bid team meetings—including kick‑offs, coordination sessions, and bid reviews—to identify winning themes and key messaging.
- Develop persuasive, high‑quality content that showcases Pomerleau’s standards and expertise while ensuring compliance with bid requirements.
- Maintain open communication with subject‑matter experts and bid team members to integrate technical details into persuasive narratives.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to create optimized, visually engaging documentation, including templates, cover pages, tabs, and organizational charts.

Skills & Experience

- Proven experience managing proposals in construction, engineering, and/or architecture.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously,



establishing timelines and priorities.
- Exceptional writing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous experience working on design‑build proposals (additional asset).
- Fluency in both official languages (English and French) (additional asset).
