Key Responsibilities:
• Manage program delivery and stakeholder engagement

• Identify and implement finance and actuarial process optimizations
• Support compliance and audit control preparations
Requirements:
• 4–6+ years in insurance finance transformation
• Expertise in IFRS 17 measurement models
• Strong project management experience
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Qualified accounting or actuarial designation preferred
